My 3 favourite high-protein recipes 🥣🍓 high protein tiramisu ☕️ - 200 grams yogurt - 30 grams protein powder (I use @esncom.nl ) - 3 rice cakes - cocoa powder - coffee (250 calories for 1 tiramisu) High protein banana bites 🍌 - 1 banana - 150 ml unsweetened almond milk - 60 grams of protein powder - 1 egg - 1 tbs of cinnamon For the topping: - fruits of own choice - 5 grams powdered sugar (380 calories for everything) Healthy smoothie bowl - 200 grams frozen fruit - 30 grams of protein powder - 100 grams of quark - 150 ml skimmed milk For the topping: - fruits of own choice - 15 grams peanut butter - 15 grams granola (349 calories for 1 bowl) Every breakfast recipe contains a high amount of protein so that you can recover in the best way possible and all the recipes are a healthy option to rotate instead of other unhealthy breakfasts😋
