Rancho Guadalupe serves up a rotating menu of homemade dishes like tacos, gorditas (we had mole ones that I’m still dreaming about), and even menudo. The food is legit, and it’s only available on Sundays typically from 9AM to 2PM, so plan ahead! After you eat, you can walk around and check out the horses, cows, and goats. It’s a family-run farm, and it’s really special that they open their space to the community—just be respectful while you’re there, this is their home.
