Please read — ✨Your mom pooch isn’t always diastasis. It can be fat. No amount of deep core work will burn it off, that’s what nutrition is for. ✨You can’t fix a postpartum body with random workouts you saved off IG. You need a plan that’s made for where your body is now, not where someone else is. ✨If you’re leaking (pee when cough/ laugh) it’s not normal. It might be common, but never normal. It’s a sign your pelvic floor needs help. ✨“I don’t have time” We all have full plates. But if a full time working mom with three kids can find 30 minutes to move, so can you. ✨That bloated belly look? Sometimes it is diastasis recti or poor pressure management and no diet will flatten it until you restore your core. ✨Your OB’s 6 week clearance doesn’t mean your body is ready for burpees. It means you’re safe to move, not healed to go hard. ✨Breastfeeding alone won’t melt off the baby weight. Yes, it burns calories but it also increases hunger, affects hormones and for many moms actually makes fat loss harder. ✨Your C-section scar goes deeper than you think. If you never massage or mobilize it, it can block your core from working right. ✨You can’t keep saying ‘I hate my body’ and expect it to change.” If your actions say “I want to transform” but your thoughts say “I’ll never get there” your progress will always feel stuck.
