Should I change vets? My poor baby, hoping he will respond better to his new treatment plan ❤️‍🩹 I put a complaint in to the vets and a lady phoned me 5 minutes ago to let me know that they do have an accessible entrance around tge back, the staff just may not know it’s there as it’s behind a shutter… so maybe I’ll have a better chance at getting in next time, shame I can’t go in the front like everyone else though.
