feel like I don’t have any core strength and really have been focusing on rebuilding this strength after having 3 c-sections. What I’ve been focusing on throughout the years that have worked for me is focusing on SMALL core movements including deep diaphragmatic breathing. I don’t really ever use weights when working my core and have focused on small movements that contract & release my core muscles as well as deep stretching. I typically like to do them in a chair while listening to my body and not pushing myself bc I feel like I’m starting from ground 0 with my core.
