We were put in real scenarios therapy and had to role play. It seemed weird at first, but everybody actually benefited from this. It happened after we spent a whole semester taking in all the therapeutic approaches and theories etc etc. But after that, we had to use what we were learning on one another in front of the whole class. Students were given the ability to bring their own situations to class and use real therapeutic approaches, allowing us to navigate our own lives. And this was all in a controlled environment. I love how the class frequency encourages people that help people to also deal with our own 💩 and know what it’s like to receive help.
