Edible brownie batter 🍫 Ingredients: - 150g salted butter - 80g choc chips - 175g white sugar - 175g brown sugar - 1 tsp vanilla paste (optional) - 240g plain flour - 100g milk - 50g cocoa powder 1. Melt butter and choc chips in a microwave safe bowl and set aside to cool slightly 2. Heat treat flour by microwaving twice for 30 seconds, stirring in between 3. Combine melted chocolate and butter and both sugars in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine, stabbing any clumps of sugar to break them up 4. Sift in flour and cocoa powder before folding until it comes together into a dry dough 5. Add in milk and fold through with a rubber spatula. If the dough is too dry add a small amount of milk at a time until your desired consistency is achieved 6. Why is cinema popcorn so much better? 🍿 You can get flavacol from Amazon, it will last for you forever - 30g coconut oil - 128g cups popcorn kernels - A little over 1/2 tsp flavacol 1. Heat up a heavy bottomed pot on medium heat then add in the coconut oil to melt 2. Once melted pour in the flavacol and corn kernels, stirring well to evenly coat each kernel with the oil and flavouring salt 3. When the kernels begin to sizzle in the oil cover with a lid 4. Keeping the lid on and the heat on medium shake the pot every 5-10 seconds to get everything moving around. This will help prevent the kernels from burning from too much direct heat contact 5. After 5 or so minutes the kernels should begin to pop. It might take a little longer depending on your stove/pot situation so be patient 6. Continue to shake the pot every few seconds or so to keep the popped corn from burning and allow space for the unpopped kernels to pop 7.
