before you say anything creepy, please read this! after graduating, i moved back home with my mom in the woods. i didn’t have a car for a little while and it was taking a pretty major toll on me, emotionally and physically. i missed working out in the little gym we had at my school. i was just finally getting consistent right before graduation and this felt like the biggest setback. after finally getting a car, i decided to get a day-pass to the local YMCA. i was really scared because i had never worked out in such a large environment with so many people. after some major pep-talking, i decided to get a membership. ever since then, i’ve been working out consistently. my confidence has skyrocketed and i truly feel like im happy again. if you want to start working out but are afraid of the environment, take it from me, it’s so worth it. once you break that barrier, it’s a piece of cake. you’ll be glad you did it and i’ll be cheering you on!!
