“How did you slim your arms?” There’s no way to spot reduce fat! Don’t fall into fads in hopes to change your body quickly. I’ve been slow & steady dropping my overall body fat % as well as building muscle :) My arms simply appear more toned because there’s more muscle there from lifting ( and doing more than 5lb dumbbells 🫠 )
