They are perfect as a quick snack🍌🥜🍫 All you need is: 250 g dark chocolate, melted 1 banana, sliced 9 tsp. peanut butter Sea salt Pour half of the melted chocolate into 9 muffin molds. Place a slice of banana in each mold and top with peanut butter. Pour the rest of the melted chocolate on top, so the banana and peanut butter are fully covered. Sprinkle with a little sea salt. Place the molds in the freezer for about 30 minutes, until set. Serve them straight from the freezer or fridge. Enjoy! #frederikkesfridaytreats #easysnack
Episode 42 of “Frederikkes Friday Treats” serves homemade fudge with Christmas Marshmallows aka Juleskum today💝🍬Easy and delicious sweet treat😍 Go try the easy recipe: Fudge with Christmas marshmallows (approx. 40 pcs.): 300 ml heavy cream 230 g sugar 200 ml light syrup 80 g of Christmas marshmallows (juleskum), cut into small pieces A pinch of salt 100 g butter, cut into cubes 180 g white chocolate Some extra marshmallows for topping Fudge: Add the heavy cream, sugar, syrup, Christmas foam and salt in a thick-bottomed pan and bring it to the boil, stirring the pan once in a while. Cook the mass until it reaches 124 C. It takes approx. 25-30 minutes. Then take the pan off the heat and add the butter and white chocolate and stir well until it is all melted. Line a 21 x 21 cm tin with baking paper and pour the fudge into the tin. Top with some extra marshamllows. Store the fudge in the fridge until the fudge has set (takes about 3 hours) and cut it into equal pieces and serve.
