Whether it’s called a “conditioner” or “hair mask” really doesn’t matter… both products serve the same purpose: to condition, soften, smooth & detangle our hair so that it’s easier to brush through after washing. make your own PROTEIN BARS!!! if you fell into the built bar craze like i did - you are going to love this homemade version!!💪🏼 servings: 14 96 calories (4.5f/8c/9p) INGREDIENTS: 2 cups ff fairlife milk 5 tbsp gelatin 3-4 servings whey protein (i use a whey concentrate or isolate) 10 servings chocolate (i love lilys for a low sugar option) & 1.5-2 tbsp coconut oil INSTRUCTIONS: 1. pour milk into saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top in a thin layer 2. mix slightly and allow the gelatin to bloom (hydrate) should turn into a thick goo 3. place over low heat and mix until it runs thin 4. add to a mixing bowl and allow to sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly 5. add protein and whisk until it doubles or triples in volume 6. pour into parchment lined pan and allow to harden for at least 2 hrs 7. once ready, cut into shapes and cover in melted chocolate + coconut oil mixture (coconut oil helps thin out the chocolate for a thinner shell over the marshmallow) 8. Ft. Sensor dust ✨ it’s a long unfortunate story. Anyways I could eat the entire dish, this was a 10/10 Ingredients: -18-20 jumbo shells -15oz ricotta cheese -2/3c grated parm -2/3c grated low moisture mozzarella -1 egg -1tbsp chopped basil, 1tsp dried oregano, chili flakes -salt, pepper -sautéed veggies: 2 diced squashes (I did zucchini and yellow, 1/2 white onion, kernels from 1 ear of corn, 3 minced garlic cloves) -25oz marinara sauce (I used @SAUZ summer lemon flavor! Highly recommend with this) -get a fun summer wine to pair with! I had a delish skin contact one :) Recipe: -on med heat add 1tbsp oil, onions, and salt. Sauté until softened, add zucchini, corn and garlic and cook until slightly golden (5-10ish min) stir occasionally. Set aside and let cool slightly -cook jumbo noodles according to package (~14 min). Don’t undercook them, it doesn’t cook much in the sauce. Toss in oil after so they don’t stick together when assembling. -in a bowl mix together ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, oregano, chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Fold in sautéed veggies **I eyeballed this but the measurements above should get you to a good spot lmaoo you can’t really mess this up, if its too “liquidy” add more shredded cheese -preheat oven to 425F -pour sauce into a 9x16 dish, fill shells with about 2tbsp of the mixture and layer in the sauce. Cover in extra shredded cheese and foil. -Bake for 15 min, remove foil and bake for another 10 min until sauce and cheese is bubbling! -top with parm, lemon zest and basil 🌼
