Kom olie på en wok eller sauterpande og steg løg, hvidløg og forårsløg et par minutter, tilføj gulerødder, squash og karrypasta og steg videre 2-3 minutter mere. Hæld kokosmælk, vand, fiskesauce og sukker i panden og lad det koge samme til en suppe. Halver kyllingebrysterne og steg i olie på en pande ved høj varme og krydder med salt.
