Full recipe and instructions! Perfect if you’re sick too 😊 Ingredients: - 2 tbs olive oil - 1 stalk celery - 3 medium carrots - 1/2 onion - 3- 4 garlic cloves - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/2tbs - 1 tbs turmeric (depending on how much of the flavor you want. I like a lot!) - 5-6 cups of broth - 1/2 a cup of orzo or any small pasta you like (I like a lot of pasta in mine, but 1/4 is a good amount if you don’t like too much) - A handful of Kale and parsley - 1/2 of a lemon juiced Instructions: - add your oil, carrots, celery and onion to a pot and cook on medium- high until they’re softening - Add in your garlic and seasonings - Add your broth and scrape the bottom of the pot to unstick any veggies - Add your pasta and cover on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is done - Add in your greens and lemon #dinner #soup #cookwithme #yummy #healthy #immuneboost

Hassleback potatoes! Recipe & instructions here: Potatoes: - any potatoes work but I prefer gold potatoes (4-5) - Cut the side off slightly so they lay flat and put the potato between two chopsticks or skewers. This helps the cut not go all of the way through - Cut slices - Add a generous amount of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste - Rub the sides, back and between the slices - Bake at 425 for 30 minutes - They should start to separate - Add the chilled butter on top and between the slices - Bake again until they’re as crispy as you like (about 20 minutes) - Top with more butter if you like, sour cream and chives Butter: - 1 stick of butter (I made extra to keep so I used more) - 1 clove of garlic - Salt and pepper to taste - Any herbs you like (I used rosemary and chives) - Roll into the plastic wrap and set in fridge or freezer to harden a bit - When set, slice and add on top and between the slices #cookwithme #Recipe #yummy #Summer

Recipe & instructions here! 💕 @KIR started this format and I loveee it 😊 Sauce: - 1/3 cup of soy sauce - 1/3 cup of honey - 1 clove of garlic - 1 tsp of corn starch (this helps thicken it) Tofu: - extra firm tofu, squeeze out the excess water using a paper towel and cut into small cubes - Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder - 1/2 tbs of corn starch (this helps it crisp up) - 2 tbs oil (cook tofu on medium- high heat and then turn down the heat add half of the sauce once it’s crispy) Veggies: - green beans, bell pepper, onion and carrots (feel free to customize and add/ remove any veggies!) - I used the same pan and add splash of oil, salt and pepper Chicken: - 1 chicken breast, cubed - Seasoned the same way as the tofu - Add the rest of your sauce - Cook on medium- medium/high and turn halfway #cookwithme #yummy #vegetarian #Recipe #DinnerIdeas
