Cajun Chicken & Chorizo Pasta 🤍 If someone asked me what would your last meal be THIS WOULD BE IT 👏🏼 for me it doesn’t get much better than this right here… I’ve been making Cajun pasta for YEARSSS now and it will never get old 😍 I always change up the recipe so try make it better than the last & this one was up there 👀 For 2 people - fry off your 2 diced chicken breast in 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning, 1tsp of garlic granules and 1 tsp of onion salt and then set aside - in the same pan fry your diced brown onion for around 10 mins or until softened then add 1 tsp of garlic paste and 1 tbsp of tomato puree and stir and allow to fry for 1/2 mins - then add in 200ml of chicken stock & 120ml of single cream and give it a really good stir and add in you seasoning which is 1tsp of cajun and 1 of smoked paprika and allow to simmer for a good 15 mins - boil your pasta and the last 5 mins fry off your chorizo and set aside until the pasta is cooked, then add your cooked chicken to the sauce for the last 5 mins - once the pasta is done add to your pan and stir to combine then add in your chorizo and serve 😍 . . . . #s#slimmingp#proteinf#fypt#tiktoks#slimmingworldinspirationf#foodblog#w#weightlossh#healthymeals#c#caloriecountingc#caloriedeficitE#EasyRecipes#d#dinnerm#mealideasfoodie

KOREAN CHICKEN & EGG FRIED RICE 🌶🍜 514 cals per portion For the chicken - 2 chicken breast (around 300g) - 30g panko breadcrumbs - Tsp paprika, onion & garlic granules, salt and pepper - 50g egg whites or 1 whisked egg For the sauce: - 1tbsp sesame oil - 2tbsp honey - 3tbsp soy sauce - 2tbsp gochujang paste - 1tsp sriracha - 1tbsp rice vinegar For serving: - sesame seeds - Spring onion Cut the chicken into small pieces, and coat this in the seasoning. Then dip each piece in some whisked egg and then in the breadcrumbs and repeat until all the chicken was coated. Cook in airfryer for 12-15 mins at 180. Once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce ingredients to the pan. Once the sauce reduces slightly looks sticky, reduce the heat of the pan and just leave to simmer. Egg fried rice: - 120g dry rice - 50g frozen peas - 1/4 small diced onion - Tbsp soy sauce - Tbsp sesame oil - 1 egg whisked - Tsp gochujang paste I boil the rice, then let this drain off and leave to one side. This works best with day old rice, or if you cook on the same day make sure it’s completely cooled and the steam has gone otherwise it will make the fried rice stodgy and soggy! Add the veggies to a wok, once soft mode to one side. Add in the egg and use a spoon to scramble this, once the egg has cooked add the cooked rice. TACO BEEF POTATOES Simple dinners are sometimes the best! For the beef (for three large or 4 smaller portions) - 500% lean beef mince - packet taco seasoning - Tbsp tomato puree - Splash water For the potatoes - 500g potatoes - tsp aromat, garlic granules & paprika For the tomato salsa - diced red onion - diced tomatoes - parsley - salt - lemon juice For the veggies - mixed sliced peppers - sliced onion Dice the potato, boil for 4 mins (I swear by this, a little bit of extra work but makes such a difference to the texture & taste) Then add to airfryer, add the seasonings & cook for 20-25 mins at 190. Add beef to a pan, use a spatula to break up any larger pieces. Then add the seasonings/ paste & water. Then just leave this to simmer for 5-10 mins. CHEESEBURGER LOADED POTATOES Another loaded potato recipe & I think this is the best combo yet! I got my @knorr aromat from this months Degusta box, but it’s usually available in most supermarkets! PR product For the beef (makes 4 portions) - 500g 5% beef mince - Half a diced red onion - 2 crushed garlic cloves - Tbsp chopped gherkins - 4 Cheesy slices - 1/2 tub of passatta - Worcestershire sauce - 1tbsp American mustard For the potatoes: - 500g potatoes (cubed) - 1tbsp smoked paprika, aromat & garlic granules Big Mac sauce: - 40g mayo (I used low fat) - 15g ketchup - 1tbsp American mustard - 1/2tsp paprika & onion granules - Tbsp chopped pickles Toppings: - 80g reduced fat cheese - Shredded lettuce - Finely diced onion - 2 chopped bacon medallions Start off by cooking your potatoes, cut them into small cubes, boil for 4 mins. Drain and then add all the seasonings and some spray oil and cook in the airfryer for 20 minutes until they are nice and crispy. Next up fry the mince, once browned, add the diced onion, give this a good stir and then add in some salt and pepper. Next add the Worcestershire sauce, gherkins, mustard and tomato puree, mix this well and then add the cheese slices and just leave these to melt down. Cook the bacon medallions. I do mine in the airfryer. Replying to @Bia Martins taco pasta recipe 👇 Ingredients: Any type pasta of your choice 500g beef mince Salt and pepper 1 chopped onion 2 chopped bell peppers 1 sachet of taco seasoning 2 tsp lazy garlic 300ml beef stock 1 tin of chopped tomatoes 1/2 a tub of Philadelphia lightest soft cheese Grated mozzarella Worcestershire sauce Method: Put the pasta in a pan and boil. Make sure to start cooking your pasta first as it takes the longest. Put beef mince into a pan and break it in to pieces, add in the chopped onion and peppers and add salt and pepper and then cook everything on the pan until it’s fully cooked and mince is brown. Add in the garlic and stir in for 2 minutes then add in the taco seasoning, stir and add a splash of water and mix altogether. Add in the chopped tomatoes, mix and then add a couple of splashes of Worcestershire sauce all around. Add in the 300ml of beef stock and mix altogether. Then add in 1/2 a tub of Philadelphia (i used the lightest version) and mix altogether until combined. Let it simmer for 5-8 minutes until the sauce thickens Sprinkle some grated mozzarella and mix altogether. Then add in the cooked pasta and mix altogether, make sure it’s all covered.
