In saucepan, add 3/4 cup allulose and a little less than 1/2 cup water (closer to 1/3 cup). Continuously stir for a few minutes until liquid is bubbling/golden. 3. After 10-15 mins of gelatin blooming, add hot liquid to mixing bowl containing the gelatin mixture. Mix with standing or hand mixer for 10 minutes or until it becomes fluffy like marshmallow. 4.
